Intellicast Currrent US Surface Analysis Map  A surface map of the US which shows the current major weather features and where precipitation is occuring. The 12 hour forecast map shows what these same features will be 12 hours from now. Or check out the 24 hour forecast map, the 36 hour forecast map, or the 48 hour forecast map. Any of these US Maps can be clicked to zoom in on the same forecast for a particular region of the country.

Intellicast  NexRad Moline Radar Image   This is a good Intellicast Doppler Radar image of most of the Illinois including Moline. The Doppler image shows differing wind speeds and directions within a storm, and sometimes often shows the presence of a tornado. An interpretation of the colors within this image can be viewed at this link.

Intellicast Moline Regional Radar Image    This image is has less resolution than the Metro view but allows you to see weather moving into the Moline area.  Settings can be changed to show features such as counties, cities, and highways.  Click here for the time lapse loop of the same image.

Weather Channel Midwest  Satellite Image  This Satellite image is color enhanced to show the clouds with the highest tops. Occasionally, the highest, coldest cloud tops produce the heaviest precipitation.

Intellicast Weather Moline  This site is the best single site on the Internet for Moline weather imagery. Their Historic Precipitation page shows a map of precipitation over much of the Midwest for the past 24 hours.

AccuWeather Moline  Accuweather now has a unique 15 day forecast for Moline, with local radar, satellites and weather maps. Good source for historic Moline weather data for the previous year.

Weather Underground Moline 5 day forecast, current conditions, radar, satellite and marine forecast. Also a good source for historic Moline weather data for the last 10 years.

Internet Weather Service Rock Island County  Current conditions, forecasts, watches and warnings for Moline and Rock Island County from the National Weather Service.
